The famed Richard Mille RM 011 watch has yet again received a limited edition version, this time showing off a bold red “TPT quartz” case, that’s beautifully combined with NTPT carbon, a material that was originally developed for racing boats, Formula 1 chassis and aeronautics and now it’s used in the watchmaking world, especially by Richard Mille.
The Richard Mille RM 011 RED TPT Quartz might look like the kind of fashion accessory that Flash would wear, but it’s just the perfect timepiece for people who want to stand out. With a gorgeous futuristic dial and the intense red case, whose shine is enhanced by the quartz fibers, this watch has an astonishing look.
For years, the RM 011 was Richard Mille’s most popular model, and the RMAC1 automatic movement inside the Richard Mille RM 011 RED TPT Quartz stands up to that statement. With a 55 hours of power reserve that’s powered by a double barrel system with a variable-geometry rotor, high-end watch lovers will definitely appreciate this creation for a long time.
Richard Mille will only make 50 pieces of the Red TPT Quartz, all of them featuring the classy oversized date at 12 o’clock, a month display at 4 o’clock and a flyback chronograph with a countdown function. No word on pricing yet, but I guess that’s irrelevant right now.
