Aston Martin Vanquish Zagato Coupe

Great news for every single Aston Martin fan out there. The British supercar maker has finally confirmed that the beautiful Vanquish Zagato Coupe will head into production, in a very, very limited run. Initially introduced at the 2016 Concorso d’Eleganza at Villa d’Este, Italy, this ravishing supercar was just a concept, designed together with  the famed Italian design-house Zagato.

The Aston Martin Vanquish Zagato Coupe will be produced in a limited run of just 99 units, all of them already spoken for, with a cool £500,000 ($730,000) price-tag. This is actually the fifth vehicle to result from Aston’s long-time collaboration with Zagato, offering fans restyled, one-piece carbon fiber panels.

Exterior highlights of the Vanquish Zagato Coupe include Zagato’s trademark ‘double-bubble’ roof, new round lights at the back, wing mirrors inspired from the One-77, naked carbon fiber and a new set of eye catching wheels as well.

Inside the cabin, the Vanquish Zagato Coupe has received a more worthy decor, comprised of herringbone carbon fiber paired with shadow and anodized bronze and optional aniline leather. Zagato’s ‘Z’ is beautifully embossed on headrests and stitched into the center console as well, as you could imagine.

Powering up this stylish limited edition Aston is an upgraded version of the 6.0-liter V12 engine, which comes with an extra 24 hp and a total of 592 hp (600 PS). As such, this supercar will do 0 to 60 mph (96 km/h) in a mere 3.5 seconds, but only from the beginning of 2017, when the deliveries are expected to start.
