Avatar photo

Built as a glorious transition from the fabled Akhir range to a larger scale of vessels, the Project 12 yacht has debuted during last year at the Festival de la Plaisance. Measuring 46.6 meters LOA, Project 12 is integrated part of the Cantieri di Pisa family of superyachts and comes with full MCA and ABS classification compliancy.

With an exterior designed by the acclaimed Carlo Galeazzi, this superb epitome of luxury is currently listed for sale. The current owner was closely involved in the design and construction of Project 12,  a vessel which comes with stunning character and personality. Sleek outside and generously exquisite inside, the superyacht boasts with interiors realised under the signature of Mark Berryman.

The most important feature of Project 12 is the overwhelming sense of space. The main saloon boasts a contemporary design and warm atmosphere, upon a nearly-classic background. The nearby lounge focuses on a massive U-shaped sofa with plush upholstery, surrounded by all sorts of armchairs, in blue.

The all-around windows are extremely well built and allow ample amounts of light to protrude through them. The color palette chosen by the team of designers, constructors and the yacht’s owner is delightful, based on crème and off-whites alongside brown cabinetry, tables, woodwork and ultimately deep blue on the upholstery.

The main dining area catches the eye through a wavy carpeting pattern and features a rectangular dining table which can accommodate up to 12 seats and a plethora of blue leather-upholstered dining chairs. The aft deck is a gorgeous outside spot boasting with a large U-shaped sofa and a set of round poufs, while also featuring a more intimate and secluded area, with a central coffee table surrounded by chairs.

In terms of accommodation, Project 12 is wonderfully endowed with massive luxury suites able to accommodate between 12 and 14 guests. There are 6 or 7 staterooms, depending on the application of an interesting feature which allows the large full beam lower deck VIP suite to be split into two large double suites.

Furthermore, the access towards the owner’s suite is made via a large private office and comes with Oriental designs. As for the master stateroom, it is light and classy, boasting a superb central artwork right above the headboard. The master’s quarters include a set of large his and hers en suites, two large adjacent walk-in wardrobes and a lounge area. The guest quarters, below decks, are organized as two twins, two double suites and a large full beam VIP suite aft which can be converted into two additional doubles.

The twin suites include two Pullman berths and sport all sorts of amenities, from electronics to large separate shower areas. The main saloon also includes two large red sofas and port and starboard side sliding doors which create a direct flow from the interior to the exterior. Adjacently two the main saloon there are two mind-bogglingly beautiful balconies.

In addition, the 46.6 meter Project 12 also boasts a full beam sky lounge which paves the way towards a similarly stunning aft deck, with an al fresco dining table and two L-shaped lounging sofas. Heading upstairs, we stumble upon a lavish sun deck which boasts with a set of sunpads aft, lounge cockpit fully endowed bar and a large central Jacuzzi.

Project 12 is packed with state of the art amenities and artworks, being now listed at €19.5 million, through Burgess – that’s a very good offer, to be honest!
