Just when you think the designers from Harry Winston have probably come up with everything you’ve ever dreamed of, they manage to beat themselves with a new surprising creation. The seventh edition of the brand’s legendary complication has just been launched at Baselworld 2016, part of a limited-edition series of only 20 units, which surpass all technical limits once again.
The wonderful timepiece in question is called the Harry Winston Histoire de Tourbillon 7 and it’s bragging about two bi-axial tourbillons that work at the same time. The right side of the dial features a pyramid-cut reading area, that’s beautifully surrounded by indexable inserts with a 3D look.
Depending on the version and your particular choice, a long strip in either red aluminum or anthracite will play a major part in the overall look of this stunning watch, combining its sides in the most awesome way possible
The left side of the dial, on the other hand, displays the impressive movement of the two bi-axial tourbillons, which will probably captivate your attention all day long. The case comes in 18kt white gold, with a domed AR-coated sapphire crystal, a sapphire display back, and a water resistance of up to 30 meters.
It’s also worth mentioning that the dial is skeletonized, while the hands are rhodium and anodized aluminum. A black alligator leather strap, with an 18kt white gold ardillon buckle, allows the Harry Winston Histoire de Tourbillon 7 to adorn some lucky wrists.
We can’t really find the right words to give this incredible watch credit, but owning one and experiencing it first hand might prove difficult.
