If you can afford a Porsche 918 Spyder, the German supercar maker has released a special 911 Turbo S ‘Edition 918 Spyder’ available only for clients who place an order for the 918 Spyder. The company’s upcoming plug-in hybrid supercar is priced at $845,000 and if you can afford that, you’ll probably afford this special edition of the 911 S which costs “only” $160,000!
The Porsche 911 Turbo S ‘Edition 918 Spyder’ has a lot of design elements inspired from the 918 Spyder and will be available both as a coupe and convertible. The car will get distinctive acid green features such as the brake calipers, special model logos and seams, the instrument clusters, the PCM screen and illuminated door entry guards. The standard interior of the car is complemented by a new leather and carbon fiber trim and special instruments.
Next, this special edition will feature a limited edition badge on the glove compartment lid that will bear the same number as the 918 Spyder the customer has ordered and Porsche can even finish both cars in the same color.
The Porsche 911 Turbo S ‘Edition 918 Spyder’ will be produced in a limited run of just 918 units and will be priced at $160,700 for the coupe and $172,100 for the convertible model, plus destination taxes.
