Perrier-Jouët Marc Metamorphosis

Meant to celebrate its five-year partnership with DesignMiami, the latest creation from the renowned champagne house Perrier-Jouët was designed to astound everyone. The limited-edition Perrier-Jouët Marc Metamorphosis ice bucket is an exclusive piece, the result of vivid imagination and talent of the San Francisco–based architect Andrew Kudles.

He is responsible for the container’s unique design that was actually made from Chardonnay grape skins. A stunning example that the world is constantly evolving, the Perrier-Jouët Marc Metamorphosis features prune-like petals and a pinecone hue, with a cool $5,000 price-tag supporting the statement that luxury is not for everyone.

Unveiled at DesignMiami/ 2016, the limited-edition ice bucket is just another example of the artist’s unique vision about the world. Kudless has also imagined a strand garden made from oak veneer screens, a 3-D–printed plastic table, and a bench inspired by the chalk walls of Perrier-Jouët’s wine cellars for this special event, and obviously, everything is wine-related – we all appreciate that, right?

There’s nothing else to do right now than to choose your favorite Perrier-Jouët blend and enjoy every sip, as if tomorrow will never come.
