The Faena Residence Miami Beach is a luxurious new 18-story oceanfront property. Located between the Atlantic and the famous Collins Avenue, it was designed by the world-class architects over at Foster+Partners and is supposed to be the initial element of the Faena District Project, a high-end residential, cultural and commercial space in Miami Beach. One of its most interesting properties, a duplex penthouse, has recently been sold, which means all of the House’s condos have found their new owners.

This stunning penthouse features 8,273-square-feet of interior space, which includes 5 bedrooms, 5 full and 2 half bathrooms, in addition to about 10,000-square-feet on the outside. One of its highlights is undoubtedly the 70-foot-long rooftop swimming pool, which also offers breathtaking ocean views.

The price for the Faena Residence penthouse is around $50 million – which means this sale is going to thrash the previous Miami Beach record purchase, which was the $27 million paid for Setai Resort and Residence back in January 2013.
