Island Gardens Deep Harbour

Few people are aware of this yet, but the United States didn’t have a superyacht marina until recently. Opened just a couple of months ago, the Western Hemisphere’s first deep water superyacht marina is called Island Gardens Deep Harbour, and it can be found on Watson Island in Miami’s Biscayne Bay.

Designed specifically to accommodate a wide array of vessels, this marina is perfectly capable of handling megayachts reaching 500-feet-plus in length. There is also accommodation for smaller powerboats and tenders that are usually responsible for servicing these yachts, and the marina can also offer you a variety of amenities, such as yacht charter services, international aircraft facilities and United States Customs capabilities.

Furthermore, this marina is also opening The Deck right now, which will serve as a social club for boaters docking at the marina, making Island Gardens one incredible yachting destination. The Deck offers visitors an open-air lounge, including a restaurant, DJs and a bustling bar; obviously, the views of downtown Miami cannot be ignored.

Also worth mentioning is that the Deck will host a Friday Night Dinner Party series and a yoga and fitness-inspired series called WELLTH Saturdays, where celebrity guest chefs along with local health and fitness brand partnerships will be part of the attraction. Any takers?
