What does luxury mean in this modern age? Is it the abundance of material wealth, the freedom to go wherever you want whenever you want, or perhaps the spaces that let us reconnect with nature and ourselves?
Asani, the newest gem in Benetti’s celebrated B.Now 50M series, offers a different answer.
This yacht invites us to explore the boundaries of elegance and purpose, mixing human ingenuity with the profound serenity of the sea. But this is not just a luxurious vessel; it’s a floating testament to beauty and connection with the sea.
When Benetti introduced the new B.Now 50M series at the Monaco Yacht Show in 2022, it made waves – literally and figuratively. Before it had even touched the water, 16 units of this yacht had been sold, quickly making it one of the most sought after yachts in history.
Two years later, Asani takes Benetti’s legacy even further. With its Oasis Deck® and spectacular interiors designed for contemplation and comfort, this vessel looks like the future of luxury sailing.
A Reconnection with the Ocean Outdoors
There’s something primal about standing at the edge of the water, feeling its vastness and rhythm. Asani’s design brings this experience to life in a way that few yachts can.
The yacht’s signature Oasis Deck® transforms the boundary between the yacht and the ocean into a fluid, harmonious space. Fold-out bulwarks create a sprawling 116-square-meter deck, offering uninterrupted 270-degree views, as if the sea itself reaches out to embrace you.
Here, you’ll also find a swim platform that looks like a gateway to the aquatic world and a lovely central infinity pool framed by L-shaped sofas and versatile coffee tables. The design is both functional and poetic, with drop-down sides that seem to dissolve the line between yacht and ocean.
Above this deck there’s a covered area that houses a small bar and seating space, perfect for moments of relaxation and conversation. The furnishings, crafted by Interdecor Design, blend modernity with a bespoke touch, to make sure every element feels personal.
Art Meets Philosophy Inside
Step inside Asani, and the world narrows—not in scope, but in intimacy. Here, the main focus shifts from grandeur to detail, from expanse to essence.
Benetti’s brilliant design team, led by Mauro Izzo, collaborated with Bergman Design House and LASS Studio to create a unique interior layout that feel like sanctuary.
The materials, textures, and art were carefully chosen to echo the natural world while offering a retreat from our day to day lives.
Art is not merely decoration onboard; it’s an integral part of the experience. Stunning works by Ula Saniawa and Sougwen Chung capture the fluidity of the sea, while bespoke furnishings like a games table from Jallu Ebénistes become functional sculptures.
In the main saloon, warm oak and dark wenge-effect finishes set the stage with a soothing tone.
There’s also a custom C-shaped sofa that anchors the space and above it you’ll find a bespoke rug that mimics the ocean’s waves, with Elmgreen & Dragset’s artwork adding a contemplative focal point to the scene.
Further inside the cockpit, the dining area seats up to 12 at a transverse table, a space that feels both formal and inviting.
Beyond this, the master suite awaits. It’s more than a room; it’s a private world.
With Calacatta marble finishes, a balcony featuring an outdoor shower, and a custom art installation above the bed, this suite embodies the essence of Asani—a union of luxury, artistry, and nature.
A Shared Journey
This superyacht wasn’t designed only with its owners in mind, but to impress everyone who steps aboard. The lower deck features four guest cabins, each of them with en-suites that echo the design themes of the upper levels.
These rooms are as welcoming as they are luxurious to make sure every guest will have an unforgettable experience on board. Forward on the lower deck, the crew quarters are thoughtfully arranged to maintain privacy and efficiency, with six crew cabins and separate stairways for seamless service.
Moving back up, the top deck offers yet another layer of experience. The skylounge comes with a bar, games table and a corner sofa and it’s another ideal space for gathering and relaxation.
Forward, an outdoor sunpad and L-shaped sofas provide additional spots to unwind, while the cozy sun deck above offers panoramic views.
The cherry on top of the upper deck is a Jacuzzi that might just be the perfect setting for moments of quiet reflection or celebration.
What Asani Represents
Asani is not just a yacht; it’s a mirror. It reflects who we are as individuals and as a society—our desires for beauty, comfort, and connection. It’s a reminder that even in our most luxurious creations, we seek meaning and intimacy.
The design of this extraordinary yacht invites us to pause, breathe, and embrace the rhythm of the sea.
Benetti’s B.Now 50M series is a testament to this new ethos, with an emphasis on innovation and personalization.
