The new H. Moser & Cie Endeavour Tourbillon isn’t all about grabbing attention and shouting out “look at me”! However, once you do look its way you’ll notice a beautiful fumé dial, a beautiful DLC coated titanium case and the fact that this is not merely a tourbillon. It features the option to have a second time zone displayed on the dial, by featuring a separate hour hand that can be set to either match the current time, or another time zone of your choosing.
The case represents a stunning mix of a traditional, flowing design, with a more modern approach to size and silhouette. With incredible attention to details, the designers of this timepiece alternated between polished and satin-finished surfaces, with the finishing pattern being a familiar trait of H. Moser & Cie previous products. The Endeavourboasts a dark color scheme, probably in an effort to draw attention to the tourbillon located at 6 o’clock.
This gorgeous watch comes with a HMC 802 automatic calibre, as well as an original Straumann Double Hairspring that Moser claims to improve precision and isochronism, which is desirable to say the least. Please note that the HMC 802 operates at 21,600vph, featuring Moser teeth for all its wheels and pinions, and a power reserve of at least 3 days.
The rotor of HMC 802 is made of solid gold and engraved with a serial number, which should explain why only 20 of these stunning pieces will be produced. You should also know that the H. Moser & Cie Endeavour Tourbillon will retail at a price of $75,000.
