Swiss luxury watch manufacturer Frederique Constant has teamed up with British sports car maker Austin-Healey to create the Healey GMT 24H Collection.
The series is reminiscent of the iconic Austin-Healey NOJ393, which was sold at Bonhams in 2011 for a staggering £843,000. With the source of inspiration for the piece being a sports car from the 1950s, the watches in the collection feature a sporty, yet classic look. The case is 42mm wide, while the dial boasts a guilloche decoration in the middle, surrounded by the hour/minute markers with hand applied indices, itself rimmed by the GMT chapter ring. There’s also a date aperture at 3 o’clock, with Frederique Constant’s signature at 12 o’clock, and the Healey logo a 6 o’clock.
Each watch in the collection is powered by an FC-350 Automatic GMT movement featuring a date and GMT complication, as well as basic timekeeping functions.
The Frederique Constant Healey GMT 24H timepieces are available in either rose gold with a silver or chocolate dial, or in stainless steel with a silver dial, each model limited to 2,888 items.
