German tuner FAB Design has taken the wraps off a stunning modified McLaren 650S, dubbed Vayu.

Named after the Hindu god of the wind, the project is based on the Spider version of the supercar and comes with a heavily modified body – to the point that the original vehicle is almost unrecognizable-, in addition to a new set of wheels. The tuner has also created a “headlight package,” enabling the kit to be fitted to 12C models as well.

These modifications include a revised front bumper, lower front diffuser, front fender left/right, side skirts in carbon plus door enlargements with sills and side vents, upper rear fender left/right, lower rear fender left/right, custom rear bumper, rear diffuser, and a custom exhaust system with two massive tailpipes. Moreover, the package comes in two versions: basic and carbon fiber.

The McLaren 650S Vayu by FAB Design comes with a starting price of €38,500 (about $41,200) for the standard version, and €53,800 ($57,600) for the carbon fiber one, while the headlight package for the McLaren 12C is an additional €12,000 ($12,850). The German brand is showcasing its latest creation at the Geneva Motor Show.
