DMC Duro is en vogue

Based on the stunningly elegant Bentley Continental GT, the Duro is DMC’s latest project. What follows is a short venture not only into the automotive industry, but also in the world of beauty, of fashion, of things that make us look good.

This car has already been described as a “mouth watering fashionista on four wheels” and, to be honest, it really goes up to that. The Bentley Continental GT has been fitted with a carbon fiber body kit which includes redesigned side skirts, a rear wing and brand new bumpers. The kit also comprises a set of 22-inch diamond-forged alloy wheels wrapped in 295/25/22 tires as well as a carbon fiber diffuser to increase downforce. The cabin, although no pictures displaying it have been released, will probably go for personal customization, with carbon fiber or exotic wood trim and premium leather upholstery.

Further improvements are hidden under the car’s bonnet. So, this particular one has received a titanium exhaust system, high-flow air filters and has had its ECU reprogrammed. Thanks to these modifications it now develops 672 HP (494 kW) and 780 Nm (575 lb-ft) of torque, these figures translating into an acceleration from 0 to 60 mph in 4.5 seconds and on to a top speed of 202 mph (325 km/h). Fast fashion – that’s what this is!
