Bruce Willis’ Beverly Hills Estate up for grabs

I guess, right now, I should not be describing how rich the Hollywood star Bruce Willis is, but I’d like to mention some of his properties – a 270-square-meter house on Mulholland Drive in Los Angeles, two apartments in New York City, one bought for $11.65 million during February, in the Tramp Building, and the other in Central Park, for which he paid $8.85 million a couple of months ago, and, finally, a gorgeous estate in Beverly Hills, previously owned by Desi Arnaz, Michael Jackson and Lucille Ball.

He has recently listed the last one for sale, at $22 million. Maybe he’s done it due to his enlarged family, of him, his wife, Emma Heming, and 4 daughters, one of them born during April. This is pretty much unlikely though, as the residence covers 10,000 square meters and encompasses 11 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms.

The estate was built back in 1928 in a clear Spanish style. Bruce Willis bought it for $6.4 million in 2004, but he’s now selling it for at least triple that sum. Mind you, future buyers will be able to enjoy a gorgeous swimming pool, small, state of the art movie theater, library, tennis court and a lot more.
