Bombproof Kaventsmann Triggerfish Bronze A2

We’ve seen bunkers, trucks, cars and SUVs to resist explosions, but how about we presented a bombproof wristwatch? Kaventsmann Triggerfish Bronze A2 is, as proven by the U.S. Special Forces, resistant to explosions. They have bombed the hell out of it with 10 pounds of C4 explosive and it has weirdly survived.

Now, don’t think this watch will resist to any explosion while you’re wearing it on your hand, as this event would have rather unfortunate results. I don’t even want to think of the purposes behind this sturdy watch, so let’s just stick to the manufacture. Measuring a tremendously large 44 mm x 20 mm, the case boasts an extremely thick bezel which is also able to take as many as 300 bar, as it was already pressure tested. Put shortly, this metallic-built timepiece is able to resist at depths of 3,000 meters or around 9,800 feet.

The bombing taste, with the watch at 1 meter away from the bomb, had left the crown and case intact, while the crystal lens had only suffered minor scratches. Imagine how well it would go with any superhero out there. Furthermore, the exquisite case was crafted from “CuSn8 phosphor-bronze” and it comes with a matching hand-manufactured strap by Dangerous9 alongside a proprietary crown design with quadruple redundant seals.

The case parts were personally hand-manufactured by the main figure behind this exquisite piece, Michael Barahona Fernandez, at his own personal workshop in Berlin. He further explains just a few of these will be coming out of his hands every month, therefore the waiting list might get rather huge. As 5 units will reportedly be ready this month, a total of just 30 will ever be made according to his statements, though.
