Two Italian household names have joined forces for the Rouleur Classic event as the iconic supercar maker Maserati and the well-known bike brand Cipollini have created a bespoke bicycle, meant to be auctioned off for Action Medical Research.

Signed by Mario Cipollini himself, the bike was the focus point of the event, as visitors of the Maserati Lounge took part in a silent auction. The retail price of the bike is reportedly around $6,800, but we’re not sure on that one or the name of the new owner.

Mario Cipollini, one of the best sprinters of all time and also the owner of Cipollini bikes, was extremely proud of the collaboration and happy to raise money for a good cause. Now let’s get into the details about the Maserati Cipollini BOND road bike.

Featuring a blue and white paint-job, the bike shows off the Rouleur Classic and Maserati branding, as well as the Maserati trident in red on both sides of the seat tube. It’s been equipped with a Shimano Ultegra mechanical groupset, with a standard 53/39 chainset and 11-23 cassette.

The wheels are Fast Forward F2A alloy clinchers, wrapped around in Challenge Forte Race 25 mm rubber, while the seat is a Selle San Marco Aspide saddle and the handlebars come from Ritchey.
