2014 BMW 6-Series M Sport Edition unveiled

The famous German automotive brand BMW has recently announced the launch of the 2014 BMW 6-Series M Sport Edition in three versions – Gran Coupé, Convertible and Coupé.

The series will reportedly be fitted with specific engines for each of the models alongside the M Sport package which includes M aerodynamics package, LED fog lamps, adaptive LED headlights, dark chrome exhaust pipes, BMW Individual High-Gloss Shadow Line, black brake calipers, M double-spoke alloys measuring 19 inches in diameter and a plethora of interiors upgrades. These ones involve Alcantara/Nappa leather upholstery, M steering wheel, M door sills and sports seats.

In addition, the 6-Series M Sport Edition will be fitted with a Nappa-covered dashboard, heads-up display and different sound systems for the three models – the Coupé and Gran Coupé versions will be endowed with a 16-speaker sound system, while the Convertible will be available with a 12-speaker system. Also worth mentioning are the ConnectedDrive services, rear-view camera, sky bag, 10-inch Control Display and park distance control.

Furthermore, those willing to get themselves the 650xi or 650i M Sport Edition will also be provided with lane departure warning and active driving assistance systems, alongside speed limit info, blind spot detection, as well as top and side view cameras.

Pricing-wise, the 2014 BMW 640i M Sport Edition starts at $80,625 for the Coupé, $87,925 for the Convertible and $83,325 for the Gran Coupé. As for the 650i, it’ll go like this: the Gran Coupé starts at $94,625, the Convertible starts at $99,225 and the Coupé starts at $91,925. These prices include the destination and handling fees of $925.
