Gwyneth Paltrow’s Arts Club

The Arts Club, Gwyneth Paltrow’s up and coming private club, is meant to add even more glitz and glam to the charming vibe of the Sunset Strip. The designs of this incredible project, backed by the 43 year old American actress and her business partner Gary Landesberg, have just revealed what things will be looking like.

Boasting 9 levels of privacy, the new 132,000-square-feet building will replace the current location of the Hustler Store. The Arts Club will feature a private rooftop pool and terrace, a fancy restaurant, as well as a helipad. The first four floors will be home to creative office space and a gallery, with the remaining upper floors will be devoted to the club.

Furthermore, the fifth floor would host a dining terrace, a screening room, plus a gym, while the sixth level would house 15 guest rooms for members. On the seventh floor, members would enjoy the eatery, another terrace, and a private lounge. One level up, a Japanese/Latino restaurant takes care of the evening’s dining experience.

The building was imagined to feature vertical aluminum fins, that would undulate and rotate along the building’s facade. It will set you back $2,000 to join the Arts Club, plus $2,000-a-year dues, in case you were wondering; but, that’s not enough.

To become a member of the Arts Club, one must be nominated by an existing member and participate in or have an interest in art, literature or science.
