The Italian shipyard Fipa Group has launched their new generation of superyachts, called AB 100, this April, and today we’re going to show you the very first member of the brand’s new line. The 30-meter speed demon before you has been as Spectre, and it has since undergone a thorough succession of sea trials, including reaching a breathtaking top speed of 52 knots.
This means we are now talking about one of the fastest production yachts sailing the Seven Seas today. Powering up this incredible vessel are three MAN engines, each of which develops 1900 hp, working alongside waterjets from MJP.
Spectre will easily cruise at 44 knots, allowing people to admire the two shades of silver decorating its exteriors and the calm seas, but let’s face it, when you’re cruising at this speed you’re going to make some waves.
The interiors of this vessel aren’t to be ignored, either. A second steering position is located on the flybridge, where you can also find an L-shaped sofa and two sunbeds, while the foredeck shows off two coffee tables, a spacious U-shaped sofa and one more comfortable sunbed.
All the while, the aft cockpit brags about a large dining area, comprising a table for eight and the best al fresco dining experience ever. Minimalist furniture and design techniques help maximize interior space , where Spectre accommodates up to six guests within a full beam master suite and two guests cabins.
Regardless of the costs, this stunning yacht is worth having, especially if you love high speed thrills on water.
