The time has come for us to present the first edition of the latest luxury superyacht line from the Italian shipyard Canados, the Canados 120 Enhanced. Unveiled during this year’s Cannes Boat Show, the Canados 120 Far Away is a true cruising masterpiece, a genuine monument of engineering and design perfection.
The superb 36 meter Far Away focuses mainly on guest comfort, luxurious style, modern designs and top notch performance. Its interior was penned down by the fabled Francesco Paszkowski Design, a brand who has managed to squeeze every bit of efficiency and beauty from the hull of this magnificent cruiser.
The superyacht’s exterior is bold and sharp, with aerodynamic lines and a silver hull that simply delights the eyes of everyone lucky enough to see it. The Far Away is poised to provide exquisite levels of comfort even during lengthy cruises, regardless of environmental conditions or weather.
Far Away’s swimming platform and aft beach club unite guests with the surrounding watery environment, ready to please them with diving and swimming options whenever or wherever they like. An array of carefully stored water toys and tenders can be found just meters away, ready to offer the best of entertainment and relaxation.
The main deck includes an additional four retractable terraces which, while the ship is anchored, merge the interior spaces with the yacht’s exterior. Guests can easily get inside and out these areas thanks to some large sliding windows and doors, which enhance the superb flow between them.
A stalwart al fresco dining table can be found on the aft deck, beautifully surrounded by breathtaking panoramas. The main saloon boasts with a lavish lounge area, light and elegant, garnished in superb palettes of light grey, beige and off white tones. It sports a massive L-shaped sofa, a set of large leather armchairs and modern designs.
The main dining room is located just a few meters away, fore of the lounge. It is equally large and able to provide enough accommodation to as many as 10 guests. Through two pairs of sliding doors located starboard and port the main dining area beautifully merges the exterior with the interior.
Ahead of the main dining room we found the entertainment facility, with two large daybeds and a huge flatscreen TV, perfect for long movie nights and all sorts of cinematic experiences. Exquisitely versatile and staggeringly elegant, the Far Away provides one of the strongest points of the entire Canados 120 Enhanced series – the possibility to design the master suite either on the lower deck or on the main deck.
There are ample possibilities for customization, as the owners can choose to install private lounges, a library and even an office. The master stateroom on the Far Away though is located on the lower deck and provides a contemporary atmosphere, lightness and attractive designs, yet stunningly minimalistic throughout. Ample views of the surroundings can be provided through a large horizontal porthole, while the room comes with a grand fireplace which perfectly fits any romantic evening or plain simple intimacy.
As for the master’s ensuite, the Far Away provides a steam bath, large tub, his and hers washbasins and separate head, all of them light, modern and elegant. The master suite seems open, extremely tranquil and amazingly luxurious. Combining beige, light grey and off white tones with subtle designs, it truly is one of the most intriguing interior spaces aboard the Far Away.
Boasting with satin finishes, marble touches and leather upholstery, it is futile to say anything about its obvious levels of exquisiteness and luxury. The master suite is completed by walk-in wardrobes and a private lounge, which are enough to fulfill the wildest of wishes.
A luxurious VIP suite is located on the lower deck, looking pretty much alike the master suite, featuring a large ensuite, full beam stateroom, walk-in wardrobes and private lounge. It too comes garnished with a grand fireplace, enhancing the romance it exudes.
Overall, the Canados 120 Far Away is able to provide accommodation to as many as 8 guests throughout the state of the art guest cabins located on the lower deck, each of them provided with private ensuite.
Upwards, a flybridge enhances the possibilities of outside living aboard this superyacht. Lavishly spacious and wide, the flybridge provides dining spaces, sunbathing and lounge areas fit for royal characters.
