One of the most important vessels in Azimut Benetti Group’s business line and the most exclusive yacht in Azimut Yachts’ fleet, the Azimut Grande 120SL was presented last year at the Cannes Boat Show. A perfect example of the traditional Italian ships’ style, its external appearance was penned down by Stefano Righini Design, while the interior was put together by Carlo Galeazzi, from Rome.

At the first view, the yacht sports a design that partly combines sportiness with elegant, bold edges. It is a sense of speed that you feel while taking a glimpse at this beautiful creation, thanks to the sleek lines. The idea of elegance is supported by the color palette, restricted to white and gold tones.

In addition, the contrast between the creamy-colored leathers, the details of steel and glass and the dark Zebrano wood is absolutely stunning. In terms of mechanics, two Rolls Royce water jets, combined with a central booster allow the vessel to reach 36 knots as its top speed.

A large aft deck welcomes you inside the ship, with an array of facilities for lounging, al fresco dining and sunbathing. It boasts large sun-beds that create a pleasant atmosphere to make you enjoy an after-dinner lounge or cocktail. Furthermore, the adjacent al fresco dining table can accommodate up to 8 people.

The top of the Italian design becomes obvious inside the main saloon, with the upper-mentioned tones and contrasts offering a gorgeous and pleasant sentiment. The saloon features large furniture, like lavish sofas, hockers and chairs, all designed in a classy combination of white and gold. The very important light flows throughout the interior, along the grand, curved, skylight windows, placed on both sides. A fine bar area awaits guests aft, accessible from both the main saloon and the aft deck.

The fore part of the vessel hosts the dining area right under the skylight, while the meals setting features a curved marble tabletop encased in an elegant golden framing and classic chairs all around. In addition to these, huge windows make guests feel like being outside, even though they are behind walls and doors. The windows actually bring a load of light inside the saloon.

In terms of accommodation, the yacht boasts four guest cabins, in the form of two twins and two doubles. Boasting a design similar to the main saloon’s, but just a little bit more informal, the owner’s suite covers an area of 43 square meters. Tall windows have been used for this chamber as well, to provide as much light and as many views as possible.

The contrasts between the glass tabletops, mirrors within the walls and ceiling, cream-colored carpets and the dark Zebrano wood paneling are even more expressive than those present on other parts of the yacht. This spot offers more than privacy, tranquility and refinement. The guest cabins are located on the lower deck, the twins and a VIP being situated fore. They are all destined to look alike, being individualized by the specific upholstery’s tones. The cabins feature en suite bathrooms with lavish showers and wardrobe.

Besides accommodation, this superb vessel puts at guests’ disposal a large array of solutions for entertainment and relaxation. The fore-deck sports a U-shaped lounging sofa and a suite of chairs from where breathtaking views can be enjoyed. The fly-bridge and sundeck provide additional lounging beds, adjacent to an exquisite Jacuzzi.

There’s a superb air of efficiency, speed and elegance flowing aside this beautiful crown of the seas, the 120SL. It’s obvious that every guest aboard is treated as a VIP, through the quality of the services and accommodation.
