Adding even more glamor to Dubai, the Bulgari Resort and Residences is the newest luxurious real-estate development from this jaw dropping city. Located on the Juimerah Bay Island, the gorgeous resort and residences complex will have 165 apartments, eight penthouses, fifteen mansions and an amazing five star hotel, all scheduled to be completed in just two years.
The elite development will spread over 1.7 million square feet and will be developed by the renowned Dubai-based company Meraas Holding. The project will also feature a beautiful 50-berth marina and a Bulgari yacht club, designed by Italian architecture studio Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel and Partners.
The Bulgari-branded hotel will have 101 rooms and will be operated by Marriott’s Ritz Calrton and, spreading across six modern towers, the bespoke Bulgari apartments will have between one to four rooms, while the luxurious mansions will have between three to six bedrooms.
The residences are set to go on private sale this week and, even though the prices haven’t been disclosed, they should be at the top of the range, as the chief hospitality officer from Meraas has declared. The Bulgari residences are already generating a lot of interest from clients from all over the world so they will probably sell pretty quickly!
