One of the most important events since the founding of Hakvoort Shipyard has taken place in 2011 – the launch of the gorgeous, 45 meter superyacht Pamela V. The yacht is a true mix of styles, from retro to cozy and even contemporary, encased in a Caribbean-like welcoming atmosphere.

The luxurious interior of this superb vessel was designed by Jacques Grange, while its impressive exterior was penned down by Diana Yacht Design. After all, the owner has long searched for some serious designers and builders to put this work of art together. Fortunately, their collaboration has resulted in an incredibly fine flow of design from the interior to the exterior and back again.

Although the Pamela V lets out a somewhat sober feeling, it’s actually a great place to enjoy state of the art entertainment and relaxation features. The upper deck is the owner’s private space, while the wheelhouse can be seen on the main deck, featuring a risen floor for the best visibility. Below decks, lavish spaces can easily host the toys and tender.

The main deck provides all-around views, boasting a central al fresco dining table for exquisite dining in the shade. The wicker furnishing blends gorgeously in the setting, in perfect harmony with the sofas around. The main saloon presents itself with a rather residential feel, bathing in colonialist style.

It features white sofas and blue upholstery beautifully contrasting with the dark wooden furniture. Fore, there’s a rather informal spot, including an L-shaped sofa and striped chair, crafted from dark wood substances. This place is for those that fancy privacy and intimacy the most.

The upper deck, the owner’s area, generally resembles the main saloon, but boasts a more informal character, with taupe and white tones all over. Featuring a huge, cozy lounging sofa, it’s the best spot on the vessel to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

In total, the superyacht can accommodate around 12 guests, owner included, plus a useful crew of 10. Above all, the owner’s quarters sports a sofa/bed and a library, two walk-in wardrobes and his and hers bathrooms – decked in anthracite and sand-tones marble. They all come backed up by an imposing deal of elegance and style.

Furthermore, guests can spend a wonderful time on the aft deck. There, larges and stylish seating spots are welcoming them in a warm manner, decked in orange and white contrasts. A sunbather’s spot can be created here, thanks to the bimini shades enjoyable from all over the aft deck. Suffice to say, it includes a large Jacuzzi, an outdoor shower and al fresco dining.

Thus, going after the saying “never judge a book by its cover”, we’ve almost been stunned by what we’ve seen inside this gorgeous cruiser. It’s definitely an amazingly beautiful and warm vessel to spend your time on – a true owner’s dream.
