Amels’ first superyacht in the brand new Amels Limited Editions 180 series was recently unveiled by the Dutch shipyard at the Monaco Yacht Show. Measuring 55 meters in length, the vessel was named Step One and represents a mediator between the semi-custom and fully custom superyachts.

The renowned brand is at the moment integrated part of Damen Shipyards Group, proud to be currently developing a respectable nine projects. The outer design of the yacht was penned down by Tim Heywood, while its interior spaces were designed by Rome-based designer Laura Sessa.

One of the most staggering and impressive facts about Step One is that it exudes classicism. With its sexy interiors and attractive curves, you’re bound to notice its strong character. It also comes with a massive amount of exclusive amenities like a touch-and-go helipad with maximum take-off weight of 2 metric tons, which adds a whopping 32 square meters to a sundeck which is already 24.5 meters long.

Combining strong classicism with modern features and commodities, the Step One provides an entire array of large exterior decks and lavish interior spaces. Each corner of this magnificent vessel manages to pamper guests with luxury, lightness, comfort and ample amounts of space, from the main and upper deck saloons to the swimming platform and private beach club. In addition, there are 13 crew members which will fully ensure the guests are having their best times possible.

The extensive main saloon and aft deck areas are decked in contemporary style with superbly delicate touches. Boasting with similar design schemes, they compose a gorgeously cozy area of indoor and outdoor living. Furthermore, the aft deck features a large dining table, two cozy sofas and a set of exquisite armchairs. If considering the main saloon as well, this area will become suitable for all sorts of occasions, from business to entertainment.

The main saloon features a massive bar and a superb pantry area aft, a luxurious lounge in its central side and a stunningly formal dining room fore. Garnished with a purple, white and crème color scheme, the overall design is as welcoming as it is modern and elegant. In terms of accommodation, the Step One is able to provide enough space to 12 guests in its entire range of 6 stunning suites.

Pleasantly designed in a light and soothing atmosphere, one twin stateroom, one double and two VIPs are located belowdecks. The ensuite bathrooms are equally superb, luxurious and elegant, with big shower areas or large tubs. The VIPs are furthermore equipped with extra dressing rooms.

The main deck, located fore, is where the grand master suite can be found. It includes a massive office, a full beam stateroom with office areas and private lounge, dressing room, an exquisite ensuite bathroom with separate toilets, large shower area located separately and big tub, alongside a large walk-in wardrobe.

One the upper deck, a staggering sky lounge ensures both luxury and privacy. It can work as a gathering spot for socializing or business, or even as a radically intimate corner where you can share some thoughts with your beloved. Encircled by large windows, ample amounts of light can easily protrude into this elegant chamber, lighting up the already superb color scheme.

The whole deck actually ensures a superb flow between the sky-lounge and the aft deck, with its two private lounge spots and the additional al fresco dining area. The topmost deck, the sundeck, features a wide array of luxury amenities like a set of large sunpads aft, centrally placed dining area and a big Jacuzzi and more sunpads fore, in addition to a collection of sun loungers, wetbar and cozy sofas.
