Gray Design Strand Craft 122

Sweden’s Gray Design revealed their Strand Craft 122 superyacht and supercar combo back in May and now this exciting concept moved into the production stage. The company already listed the first example on the global luxury marketplace Jameslist for $27.5 million, with a delivery date of October 2013.

The Strand Craft Yacht is a modern 125-ft craft  which will be powered by Rolls Royce KaMeWa engines taking it to a top speed of 55 knots thanks to over 14,000 horsepower. The foredeck features high gloss mahogany inserts and an all glass atrium covering the cockpit are just some of this yacht’s attractions.

The interior has a retro futuristic Art deco design and this yacht has four large bedrooms, a reception and a leather upholstered salon area and comfortable crew cabins. The fancy finishes are completed by elliptical bulletproof windows that stretch halfway across the full and quite a lot of Greek marble.

Gray Design‘s combo was superyacht and supercar and if you think it’s a car you’ve already heard of… you are wrong. The supercar is specially handcrafted and it will have a completely one-off design closely resembling the genetic form and fashion of the mothership.  The carbon fiber supercar will be powered by a twin-turbo V12 engine with 880 HP that will be able to take this car from 0 to 60 mph in 3.2 seconds and to an incredible top speed of 375 km/h.

The yacht features a hydraulic garage door which raises upwards and deploys a retractable ramp to become a dockside driveway.
