Infiniti, Nissan’s luxury vehicle division, has come up with an awesome new sedan concept dubbed the Q80 Inspiration.
The vehicle is 5,060 mm long, 2,010 wide, and 1,340 mm tall, and has a fastback made made from aluminum and carbon fiber. Its powerplant is a 3.0-liter V6 engine with direct engine and twin turbocharging, which outputs 550 hp (410 kW) and 750 Nm (553 lb-ft) of torque. The power is directed to an all-wheel-drive system via a 9-speed automatic transmission. All this means the Q80 Inspiration can go from 0 to 60 mph in just under 4 seconds, on its way to a top speed of 155 mph (250 km/h). According to Infiniti, the vehicle will also feature autonomous driving technology, as well as human-centric interiors –plus, the images released thus far show a really cool-looking car.
While this is only a concept car we’re talking about, Infiniti seems to be determined to actually make the Q80 Inspiration a reality.
