Actor and race car driver Patrick Dempsey (famous for his role as Dr. Derek Shepherd, aka Dr. McDreamy, on Grey’s Anatomy) is set to make another addition to his already impressive résumé, after working with Porsche Design to create a limited edition timepiece.
The Porsche Design Dempsey Racing Watch will be made of titanium, with a matte black dial, easy-grip crown, non-reflective sapphire crystal and is designed to be water resistant up to 100 meters.
Dempsey is no stranger to working with Porsche, having competed in the 2013 24 Hours of Le Mans race in a Porsche 911 GT3 RSR car, with which he finished 29th overall and 4th in his class. The partnership is set to continue for at least another two years, so it’s only natural that the two brands work together to also create and exclusive and luxurious timepiece.
The Porsche Design Dempsey Racing Watch is set to be released as a limited edition 50 timepiece collection.
