Earlier this year, Dutch shipyard Heesen launched the YN 16551, giving it the much more appealing name My Sky.

The vessel is a 51-meter full displacement long range 660GT motor yacht, with a range of 5,400 NM at 10 knots. My Sky’s bold, yet elegant exterior features a distinctive continuous wall of glass and is the work of Frank Laupman of Omega Architects. It’s modern and sophisticated interior, on the other hand, was designed by acclaimed architect Erick van Egeraat.

The yacht provides accommodations for up to 12 guests, with four guest cabins on the lower deck and a full beam master suite on the main deck. They will all certainly enjoy its wide open, luxurious spaces, with a particular favorite set to be the upper deck lounge, which offers stunning 270-degree ocean views and a circular seating area. There’s also a helicopter pad, which doubles as a large sun terrace – a perfect place to just kick back and work on your tan.

My Sky will be delivered to its new owners later this year, after undergoing extensive sea trials in the Northern Sea.
