Another unique timepiece designed for Only Watch 2015 comes from the renowned Swiss watchmaker Vacheron Constantin, the stunning Métiers d’Art Mécaniques Ajourées. Beautifully decorated by a Grand Feu enamel red ring, which frames an openwork dial and a hand-engraved Calibre 4400 movement, this watch is definitely one of a kind.
It features a stunning three dimensional effect which evokes the large European railway stations of the Industrial Revolution, allowing its user to tell much more than time. Its incredibly cool look is perfectly complemented by the hand engraved openworked caliber up front and on the back, featuring 21 jewels, 28,800 vph and a long power reserve of 65 hours.
The case comes in 18K white gold, measuring 40 mm diameter and being 7.50 mm thick. With a transparent sapphire crystal caseback, and water-resistance tested at a pressure of 3 bar (approx. 30 meters), this watch looks better and better by the second.
Keeping this jewel around your wrist is a Black Mississippiensis alligator leather strap, with a stitched-tip and large square scales. Delivered with a magnifying glass, this one-off piece for ONLY WATCH also has “2015” and “N°1/1” engraved on the back, just to tell everyone your watch is brand new and completely unique.
