The NOMOS Glashütte Zürich Worldtimer True Blue Timepiece

German watchmaker NOMOS Glashütte has announced its new Zürich Worldtimer True Blue timepiece will be available starting this October.

The wristwatch will come in a stainless steel case measuring 39.9 mm in diameter, with an AR-coated sapphire crystal, a sapphire display back, and will be water resistant to 30 meters.

The movement will be a German auromatic NOMOS caliber DUW5201 with 26 jewels, beating at 28,800 vph, and with the power reserve lasting up to 42 hours. The timepiece features a Glashütte three-quarter plate, as well as the NOMOS swing system with tempered blue balance spring. It is adjusted to six positions and has has tempered blue screws, in addition to movement surfaces with Glashütte ribbing and Nomos perlage, ratchet and duplex wheel with Glashütte sunburst decoration.

The dial is galvanized, blue and, as its name suggests, features world time and 24-hour indicator. The hands are rhodium-plated and faceted and the red home icon displays the time back home with a simple touch of the home push button.

The NOMOS Glashütte Zürich Worldtimer True Blue comes on a black Horween genuine shell Cordovan leather strap with steel buckle.
