Part of Ward Village, an exclusive residential development set near one of Honolulu’s beaches, Anaha Tower is one of the Hawaiian capital’s most remarkable constructions. A couple of weeks ago, Ward Village has released no fewer than 12 penthouses in the impressive edifice, offering luxurious amenities, an extensive selection of floor plans, and stunning views of the Pacific Ocean.

The apartments are available in a two-, three-, four-, and or five-bedroom setup, with a maximum living area spanning 6,676 square-feet. Not only are these penthouses comfortable and well-equipped, they also feature large windows and sizeable terraces so you can get a really good look at the glittering sea and the city below – so there isn’t much incentive to ever leave! The facilities offered by the building also do their part in keeping you there, as you’ll have access to 24-hour concierge service, a fitness center with a yoga room, a theater, dining rooms with catering, a library and bar, an indoor golf simulator, and a business center.

Go outside and you’re in the middle of Ward Village, a 60-acre community with retail stores, restaurants, plenty of entertainment options, and alluring public areas. And a little bit closer to home, Anaha offers include an infinity-edged ocean-view pool with cabanas and a hot tub, a tennis court, dog park, volleyball court, and a children’s play area.

While you can already buy one of these penthouses, you’ll only be able to move there in 2017. This may sound like a lot, but for a lavish apartment in one of Honolulu’s most exclusive areas, it’s certainly worth the wait.
