Taking on a project involving an American muscle car is no easy feat for a European tuning company, but the results of the mixing of styles can be quite intriguing. Case in point, this wide body kit for the Chevrolet Corvette Stingray by German aftermarket specialist Prior Design.
The tuner has been sparse with the details so far regarding the new aerodynamic package, dubbed the PDR700. We know that it includes wider wheel arches with vents for cooling the brakes, a modified front spoiler and splitter, new side skirts, a re-styled rear apron, a diffuser, and a boot lid lip. In addition to this, Prior has modified the Stingray’s hood and has equipped it with a set of 20-inch alloys and a custom sports exhaust system.
As for the interior, it features leather and Alcantara elements, as well as a series of carbon fiber trim parts.
No word on the price of Prior Design’s new wide body kit for the Chevrolet Corvette Stingray, at least for now.
