La Tabaccaia

Once upon a time, the charming brick facade you see here used to be the first messenger of an old tobacco factory hidden in the beautiful rural Tuscany. That factory is long gone nowadays, and right now this beautiful facade adorns the new and welcoming Hotel La Tabaccia.

Following a complete restoration, the centuries-old building has been transformed into a stunning boutique hotel, designed to tease your senses to the maximum in the heart of Tuscany, one of the world’s most important regions for arts and culture or fine cuisine and wine.

The Toscano, Italy’s iconic cigar, originated right here, and the current site of Hotel La Tabaccia used to act as a site for drying the cigars many years ago.

The original structure of the construction still remains today, although the interiors have changed significantly to please even the most distinguished visitors. Guests may go for one of 31 gorgeous rooms on offer, each of them showing off that wonderful Tuscan design.

The original decor includes restored oak wood beams and tiled ceilings, complemented by modern amenities such as WiFi Internet, flat-screen TVs, minibars and air conditioning.

I’m sure you would agree relaxation comes easy here, especially when you find out that Hotel La Tabaccia benefits from a dedicated spa and wellness area called Le Piscine. Special massages and beauty treatments, a sauna and a small gym sound appealing and they could help you end the day perfectly here.
