The Oceana Summer SeaChange party has reached its fifth edition and they promise this year’s event will be unforgettable. The largest luxury sailing catamaran is coming into picture, the Hemisphere, and it’s ready to greet enthusiasts of sailing.
By far the most important will be the live auction of a 7-day Caribbean Charter onboard the Hemisphere. The gorgeous vessel was donated by Burgess for the charitable event. The SeaChange event is a benefit of the Orange County, California, which will give supporters the opportunity to help up to twelve lucky enthusiasts of sailing live the best week of their lifetimes.
The 145 feet long Hemisphere will be tended by a crew of 10, along with a gourmet chef. The cruise will last for 8 days and 7 nights, accompanied by top notch amenities, state of the art accommodations and fine dining.
Captain Gavin Bladen will be in charge of everything, and, with his 8 years of diving experience, it would be a pleasure for him to be at everyone’s disposal and to create custom cruising itineraries for the guests.
Built back in 2011, the superyacht was destined to be used as an explorer of the underwater locales and comes with 2 PADI certified dive instructors on board, plus a dive center in one of the catamaran’s hulls, filled with scuba diving gears, along with Nitrox air, for as many as 12 guests.
There’s an additional suite of water and land toys as well, like wake boards, paddleboards, a professional diving board, kayaks, Seabobs, mountain bikes, windsurfers, water scooters, a trampoline, two tenders, snorkeling equipment and many more.
