Sophye Superyacht

Spanish shipyard Astondoa is responsible for this gorgeous 33.5-meter superyacht called Sophye, launched right in the company’s 100th anniversary year. Optimized for large families and group of friends, this striking vessel was apparently built over a period of just 6 months, according to customers specifications, with large exterior spaces that seemingly merge with the stylish interiors designed by Cristiano Gatto.

Sophye is the largest Astondoa yacht to cruise the South American region right now, with an exterior characterized by a functional wrap-around deck, two aft facing lounge areas and colorful open-air seating areas. Ideal for the warmer climates of the tropics, this superb yacht also brags about a cool relaxation area forwards, with a nice sunbathing space.

Next, we should talk a little bit about the yacht’s gorgeous interiors. Featuring a contemporary vibe, made possible by adding rich and dark textured woods, along with sharper details like glass and polished stainless surfaces, this yacht has cool bright accents, complemented by white and beige wall paneling, as well as a clever use of LED lighting that makes for a series of wonderful contrasts.

Powered by two MTU 16V 2000 M84 engines, Sophye will reach a top speed of 24 knots, while cruising at around 20 knots. All this, while passengers enjoy the trip in 5 comfortable guest suites, with en suite bathrooms, large storage spaces and entertainment systems, or… the fun watercrafts on board.

Sophye houses two 3-seater watercrafts, hidden inside the bow, as well as a Williams jet-drive tender in the dedicated aft garage, that will comfortably take 8 guests on a wild experience.
