Tivat Luxury Marina

Most of you probably know that the Mediterranean’s leading luxury yacht homeport and marina village is Porto Montenegro, one of the most incredible meeting points for every yacht lover out there. To make things even more impressive, a massive 250-meter berth has just been added to its portfolio, which is actually the world’s biggest superyacht berth.

The Porto Montenegro marina is currently bragging about 450 berths, 230 sold-out luxury apartments, a mesmerizing yacht club, as well as over 50 units of ground floor retail made up of restaurants, bars, cafes, shops and amenities.

Let’s not forget about the five star Regent Hotel, with over 80 luxury suites and apartments on offer. If all of that sounds impressive, is because it is. Furthermore, the largest superyacht to be launched, the $770-million Double Century – 220 m LOA – will be more than welcomed here.

But the addition of the world’s biggest superyacht berth is not the last thing to be happening here. It’s been also announced that Porto Montenegro will start the construction of its next phase luxury hotel residential development – The Regent Pool Club Residences.

With a total of 35 million euros invested in the complex, the project is set for completion next summer. The Regent Pool Club Residences is already set to offer some of the most prestigious waterfront addresses on the Adriatic, with one, two and three bedroom luxury hotel residences. It’s time to start saving some money!
