Hublot has saved an interesting update for the end of the year, with their amazing collection of watches set to benefit from a few new gorgeous additions, starting this month. The watchmaker’s stunning collaboration with Ferrari has been taken to the next level, with three new versions of the Big Bang Ferrari ready to charm us all.
The 2016 Hublot Big Bang UNICO Ferrari watches show off a redesigned dial and a refined overall look, offering sapphire crystal, a skeletonized view of the movement and plenty of interesting little details.
The 60-minute chronograph sub-dial includes an integrated date indicator, reminiscent of the distinctive tachometer gauge on Ferrari instrument panels, and Hublot also went for new hour markers and hands, while Ferrari’s prancing horse logo sits comfortably at 6 o’clock. Further updates include the crown, as well as the streamlined pushers.
There’s the same 45 mm water-resistant case, able to handle 100-meter deep waters, complemented by the useful quick-release buttons for the straps, which can be easily changed thanks to Hublot’s proprietary strap attachment system.
On the inside, these new Hublot watches benefit from the in-house made UNICO mechanical movement, which operates at 4Hz and it’s backed up by 72 hours of power reserve. The updated Hublot Big Bang Ferrari watches can be purchased in titanium, limited to 1,000 pieces and priced at US$26,200 each, with 500 units finished in black carbon and priced at $28,300 and another 500 pieces in 18k King Gold, set to cost $42,000. Which one will it be?
