The LUC “Engine One” Collection, belonging to the famous manufacturer of exquisite timepieces Chopard, will reportedly be extended this year with the Engine One H wristwatch.
This one is very much similar to the original 2010-released LUC Engine One Tourbillion, except that it is rotated to a full 90 degrees, for an entirely horizontal dial layout. Although quite astoundingly designed, like nothing we’ve ever seen until now, it is inspired and shaped to resemble an engine. But, with this being Chopard, it’s quite difficult to say if the brand’s default layout is horizontal or conventionally vertical.
Fitted with a 44.5 mm x 35 mm titanium case, with centrally-positioned minute/hour hands, Full/Empty indicator placed at 9 o’clock and the tourbillion at 3 o’clock with Chopard’s signature variable inertia balance wheel. The LUC Engine One H timepiece will reportedly be manufactured as a limited edition of just 100 units.
