The Cloud 90 yacht concept is based on the designer’s wish to suspend and lock into position a cloud above the yacht’s hull, by using a massive, reinforced fashion plate. In fact, what we see here is the largest of Marco Casali’s superyacht concept designs. Marco Casali, of Too Design, unveiled this gorgeous cruiser on the occasion of the Monaco Yacht Show, as part of the Benetti Innovation Project.
Measuring 90 meters from tip to end, the Cloud 90 is a massively gorgeous and stunningly modern superyacht. Its open plan upper deck features fully glazed partitions and resembles the deck of an aircraft carrier. It provides room to two swimming pools, one aft and one fore, engulfed by stunning entertainment spots.
Providing accommodation to the owner, large terraces on both side, plus all around panoramic views, the suspended construction, the “cloud”, is painted in silver, black or white. There are plenty of amenities on the owner’s deck, like an office, a massage area, private lounge and billiards room.
Below, a large, entirely private area works as a tender garage and can be converted to a third pool area with sea water, where guests can swim against artificial water currents. In addition, the vessel features a main entrance and main deck dining room behind terraces within the hull.
Illuminating the entrance of the main deck through its water, the outdoor pool deck is suspended aft, reminding of relaxation and meditation spots of ancient baths, or even Roman caves.
