You might be one of the lucky owners of a Lamborghini, and you might even afford to own more than just one Italian supercar, but hey, how many people can say they serve their morning coffee on a roaring Lamborghini V10 engine? This guy, and I’m not talking about myself, but the proud owner of this wicked coffee table.
Someone has decided to transform this ravishing aluminum-alloy engine, with 4 valves per cylinder, a dry slump and 84.5 x 92.8 mm bore/stroke, that used to power the Gallardo, Huracan, and also the Audi R8, into a piece of wonderful piece of decor for home.
As you can probably imagine, this re-purposed engine hasn’t been just picked up from under the bonnet and dropped into the living-room, but it underwent several shot-blast treatments to look even better than when it was brand new, and received a glass top that shows off its British Standard Certification.
As a welcomed finishing touch, white LEDs illuminate the engine, in their effort to justify thr £2,000 ($2,840) to £3,000 ($4,258) price-tag. I’m thinking money is no object, when it comes to the Lamborghini logo – even if it’s just the engine.
