Unicum is a Hungarian brand known for its excellent bitters. Created over two centuries ago by Dr. Joseph Zwack, physician to Emperor Joseph II, it can certainly boast a rich and prestigious history. This brand new series called Character Unicum Limited Edition was created in collaboration with Milan-based illustrator Lorenzo Petrantoni, making remarkable not only for its organoleptic properties, but also from an aesthetic point of view as well.
Petrantoni is known for his fascination with 19th century designs, making him an excellent choice to create the packaging for the product. Globes, elegant dresses, barrels and drawings of herbs decorate the box, making this unique presentation a perfect illustration of the brand’s character, its willingness to adopt a contemporary look while also remembering its prestigious heritage.
Character Unicum Limited Edition can only by purchased at Eat’s in Excelsior Milano, Galleria del Corso 4, and is priced at €80 (or about $110).
