The Damiani 90th Anniversary Celebration Menu at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong

This year, Italian luxury jeweler Damiani is celebrating its 90th anniversary. Not only that, but the company has also opened its second boutique at The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore, with actress Eva Longoria in attendance. To mark the festive occasion, the brand also unveiled its anniversary collection, called Damiani, Celebrating 90 Years of Excellence and Passion. As homage to this collection, two-star Michelin Chef Pino Lavarra, who practices his craft at the Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong, has created a special anniversary five-course dinner menu inspired by the beautiful pieces of jewelry newly released.

The nine numbered pieces are Charleston collier, Cascade bracelet, Legend bracelet, Optical earrings, Bloom necklace, Tribute bracelet, Moonshine ring, Damianissima collier, and Tassel necklace, each illustrating Damiani’s style throughout the decades. The menu, on the other hand, starts with a 1930s-inspired appetizer, and then dazzles with an intriguing combination of Cured Salmon, Beluga caviar, and White Snail Caviar.

The highlight is of the entire menu is the Stewed Oxtail Served on Potato Filled with Foie Gras, while the final exquisite touch is represented by a Chocolate Ring of Hazelnuts with Five Spices Sauce.

The Damiani 90th Anniversary Celebration menu is priced at HK$1,880 (US$240) per person and will be available from October 15 to November 30 (except November 6-8) at Tosca at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong.
