The Holy Christmas brings passion, brings love, brings the opportunity to give and be given gifts and to enjoy some of the best dishes and meals created by international level chefs. One of them is Chef Ben Spalding, who’s latest idea of a Christmas meal has left our mouths watering.

The famous chef has put together a stunning Christmas feast that costs a fortune. Some of the ingredients comprised in the menu – you may have never heard of them, and some others you’ve only seen on TV. Let’s just start with an introspective into this fellow’s idea of an expensive Christmas dish.

He adds exclusivity, extraordinary tastes to dizzy up your taste buds and a whole lot of huge prices. For example, he had chosen to add beans of coffee berries excreted by the Asian Palm Civet Cat, the world’s most expensive melon, the £2.500 ($4.000) Yubari King from China, dry ice, £5,000 ($8,005) Almas caviar, a £3,500 ($5,603) whole white truffle and saffron, a £37,000 ($59,200) bottle of Champagne that dates back before the First World War, 150 year old balsamic vinegar, gold leaf and Wagyu beef heart.

The award for this meal’s start should definitely be given to the traditional Turkey, part of the third course. Chef Ben Spalding has reportedly used Dodine of rare breed turkey with Wagyu beef fillet and heart (£5,000 or around $8,005), wrapped in a mind-bogglingly pure and £6,000 ($9,600) expensive edible 50-carat gold leaf. Furthermore, the dish comes sprinkled with Akbari Pistachios valuing at £5,000 ($8,005).

As for the last course, the meal is matched by an exquisite desert served on a gold Ugandan vanilla plate, also including whipped Kopi Luwak, priced at £3,000 ($4,800), and Densuke watermelon – £2,600 ($4,160), a fruit without seeds that grows only on Japan’s island of Hokkaido.

There are many more dishes contained into this appetizing meal, in the end summing up at a whopping final price of £125,000 ($200,140)! And it is ready to be enjoyed by a group of four. It is available exclusively via the luxury site veryfirstto.com.
