The world’s highest observation deck was recently opened, where else but in the amazing Burj Khalifa, in Dubai, the tallest building on the planet. This brings the number of world records held by the structure to seven!

Located on the building’s 148th floor (four floor above the world’s highest nightclub), an incredible 555 meters (1821 feet) above the ground, the spot offers amazing views of Dubai and the Arabian Gulf. Once you complete the long journey from the ground level to the observation deck, an audio guide tells the story of the construction of this modern day wonder. In addition to the breathtaking sights which will certainly remained seared into memory, visitors can also get more tangible mementos from the three shopping boutiques also found up there.

The entrance fee is set at about $109 if you book in advance, while if you turn up on the day the cost is $136.
