I’m pretty surethe imagination of most of our viewers has gone wild when seeing such a name, Swarovski, tied to full sized residential projects. This massive complex is due to be constructed in the Indian city of Pune, based on the collaboration between Swarovski and City Corporation Ltd. The partnership will reportedly result in the Gateway Towers 1.

The project is also recognized as “world’s first luxury residential project marvelled by Swarovski”. Measuring a massive 150 meters in height, the construction measures spans over 45 floors and will be boasting homes with Swarovski-embellished interiors and light fixtures.

Alongside this blingy trim, the homes will also be fitted with state of the art home automated solutions, entirely digitized mood lighting, shop-from-home options, digital locking system, piped gas supply with leak detectors, power backup options, broadband facility, automated air-conditioning and automated curtains.

In addition to the staggering level of automation of these homes, the buildings will be garnished with Italian marble flooring, aluminum sliding windows with mosquito mesh and safety grills branded chromed polished fittings, state of the art sanitary ware and decorative entrance doors. We shouldn’t forget to mention the private theater and Swarovski lobbies. This project proudly speaks for itself.
