Bell & Ross BR-X1 Tourbillon Sapphire

Announced earlier this year, the Bell & Ross BR-X1 Tourbillon Sapphire has been finally revealed in all its glory, and what a mighty sight it is. The French watchmaker will produce this beauty in only five units, and such exclusivity deserves every bit of our attention, which is why we all need to sit back and take a closer look at this stunning nine-piece sapphire case construction, that’s matched by a bi-material strap featuring rubber and Kevlar weave.

Joining current trends of high-end watchmaking, this incredible timepiece is now part of a VIP world club of outrageous sapphire watches, with brands like Hublot, Richard Mille or MB&F being just a few of the names that also impressed us all with sapphire goodness. Obviously, the price tag of these watches is too big to mention, and we’re afraid we don’t have any pricing info on the newest timepiece from Bell & Ross either.

Showing off a 45 mm case, the BR-X1 Chronograph Tourbillon Sapphire also benefits from a flying tourbillon cage sculpted with the “&” symbol of the Bell & Ross logo. Highly polished, this stunning tourbillon watch is the stuff of dreams, shiny and transparent 1980s dreams, but dreams nonetheless.

Regardless of your taste and preferences, this minimalist watch seems to transcend decades and tease future generations with its appealing design. Care to argue with that statement or are you simply staring at its perfection, just as we are?
