Wanda Reign

Wanda Reign is the latest hotel to open its doors right in the heart of the Bund, Shanghai’s famous waterfront area which faces the high skyscrapers of the Pudong district. This new, ultra-luxury destination is a statement of Chinese opulence, aiming to reach the “7-star” level, which would be a first for the entire country.

The hotel’s owner, billionaire Wang Sicong, has spent exactly $516.7 million to make sure this dream becomes a reality and furnished the entire hotel with the finest details and the most high-tech and luxurious amenities.

The Wanda Reign will welcome and spoil its guests with 193 lavish rooms, including 14 suites and an incredible 255-square-meter Chairman Suite, benefiting from wonderful views of the Bund, the Huangpu River and the Lujiazui skyline.

All rooms and suites brag about state of the art technologies, full-body massage chairs and bespoke amenities courtesy of Hermes and L’Occitane.

This record-breaking hotel was designed by the well-known British architect Norman Robert, which should explain everyone’s excitement about the entire place. Dining experiences shall be provided by five extraordinary food and beverage outlets, including RIVER DRUNK, HE Japanese Restaurant and MARC by Marc Menea, which offers contemporary French cuisine, with various flavors and aromas ready to tease all your senses.

Of course, the new Wanda Reign hotel has even more amazing facilities that will amaze you, including a grand ballroom, three meeting rooms, and the “most-anticipated” Club Reign private luxury club; this is where VIP members will have a blast and truly enjoy exclusivity, along with a swimming pool under a starry-skied LED-lit ceiling and a fully-fitted gym.
