Virgin Atlantic has taken flying in style to a completely new level with their new Upper Class Suite which is currently available on all A330 flights from Heathrow, in London, to JFK, in New York, and back. The seating is arranged in a herringbone layout and decked in cool expresso leather.

In addition, Virgin’s flip-over seats can be converted into genuine 87-inch beds, larger than any other bed found in today’s top airlines. Every seat also boasts its own window, for more lightness. Furthermore, as this wasn’t enough, they’ve endowed every seat with built-in power and all sorts of outlets, like an adjustable reading light, headphone jack, literature pocket, flip-down cocktail table and two ottoman for storage.

The suite is also decked with AeroMobile system, which permits passengers to make and receive phone calls during flight. The guys from Virgin also thought of inserting a separate 2.5-meter onboard bar, decked with stools and engulfed in a reddish light. It can offer state of the art services to around 8 people.

Virgin Atlantic is looking forward to introducing this kind of seating into their Boeing Dreamliner, as well as increasing the number of Upper Class Suites in the A330 flights.
