If you want to travel the world and wake up every morning in another exciting new place without having to leave your stylish home then buying a condo on an amazing cruise ship might be the best thing to do for you. A couple of years ago “The World” was the first cruise ship to sell condos and now another luxury-ocean liner called Utopia has condos available for purchase.
Utopia is set to sail by 2013 and customers can pick out a stylish condo at their showrooms from New York or Beverly Hills. There will be just 190 condominiums on board of this chic cruise ship and every resident of Utopia will live in one to four bedroom units ranging from 1,400 to 6,600 square feed of living space.
Every customer will be member of a private club with its own restaurant, lounge and gym and the luxury vessel will have movie theaters, tennis courts, a mini golf course and a lot of other attractions. Every residence from the Utopia will be extremely stylish and luxurious but a place here will cost between $3.7 to $26 million.
This cruise ship will dock in southern France during the Cannes Film festival and near Rio de Janeiro for the Carnival celebration and it will be in the right places at the right moments.
