Serenity Ridge is one of the most amazing properties from Parker, Colorado, sitting on 70 pristine acres and covering over 43,000 square feet with a palatial residence featuring 11 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms. That’s almost as big as a small boutique hotel and you could get it right now for a mere $18.37 million, a big discount after being previously listed for $22 million.

The lavish estate is actually the private getaway and corporate retreat for the former CEO of Dollar General Stores, Cal Turner Jr, who’s willing to let it go to anyone who can afford it. It was supposed to sell to the highest bidder at an absolute auction with Supreme Auctions last year in September, but for reasons unknown it didn’t sell back then.

What else does it offer for $18.37 million? Well, probably any amenity a millionaire would ask for, from an indoor pool & spa to a lavish home theater and a huge garage that could host up to 29 vehicles. If you want even more than that, the exquisite mansion also comes with a nice bowling area, an entertainment room and even a private tunnel.  This seems like the perfect gift for Santa to think about, am I right?

The 70-acre estate was appraised a couple of weeks ago for $34.8 million so you could say it’s a bargain at almost half that price with everything inside, including furnishings and precious artwork.
